  • Dalam kondisi Battery full charge, voltage masing-masing Cell sudah drop – standar 2.1V dan berat jenis/SG – Specific Gravity) masing-masing Cell tidak bisa ke level hijau – standar 1.275
  • Battery panas. Temperature air accu lebih dari 50°C

  • Kualitas air Aquadest mempengaruhi Battery karena fungsi Aquadest sebagai media untuk terjadinya reaksi kimia dalam perpindahan ion. Saat proses charging akan keluar gelembung, panas & gas hydrogen
  • Kualitas air Aquadest dapat di ukur menggunakan TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) meter, dengan standar max 10 ppm. Jika angka yang muncul tinggi menyebabkan plate positive & negative cepat rusak
  • Penggunaan Battery jangan sampai habis. Ketika indikator Battery sudah mencapai 20%, maka segera bawa Battery ke charging room
  • Proses charging dilakukan di ruangan yang memiliki ventilasi udara yang cukup
  • Gunakan spesifikasi Battery Charger yang sesuai dengan kapasitas & Voltage Battery. Setiap 100Ah Battery membutuhkan 16A Charger.
    Sebagai contoh : jika kapasitas Battery 600 Ah maka memerlukan Charger 100A.
    (600Ah / 100Ah) X 16A = 96A
  • Cek masing-masing level air accu sebelum Battery di charge. Posisi plate positive & negative harus terendam Aquadest
  • Ketika proses charging vent plug/tutup Cell sebaiknya dalam kondisi tertutup
  • Pendinginan sebelum dan setelah full charge selama min 1 jam
  • Battery menghasilkan gas hydrogen. Jika ada percikan api atau ada ada api rokok di dekat Battery, hal itu dapat menyebabkan ledakan.
  • Di atas permukaan Battery tidak boleh ada benda metal atau tools
  • Semua barang dari negara asal masuk harus secara resmi atau legal dan dilengkapi dokumen impor : Commercial invoice, packing list, COO (Certificate of Origin), Bill of Lading dan PIB (Pemberitahuan Impor Barang)
  • Dimensi cell Battery akan mengacu pada kapasitas Battery yang di tawarkan dan tertera dalam brosur dari supplier Battery
